Job Description

We are hiring a Shopify Operations & CX Executive to manage end-to-end store operations along with financial tracking and customer experience management.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations & Financial Management:

  • Manage daily Shopify store operations (orders, returns, updates)
  • Perform payment reconciliation (Shopify, Razorpay, COD, gateways)
  • Handle P&L management – track revenue, costs, margins, and profitability

Advanced Inventory Management:

  • Manage inventory across multiple warehouses with real-time stock tracking
  • Maintain detailed exhibition inventory in/out records for trade shows and events
  • Document each inventory transaction with proper categorization (sales, returns, transfers, damages, exhibitions)
  • Coordinate inter-warehouse stock transfers and maintain location-wise inventory reports
  • Track inventory aging, dead stock, and fast-moving items across all locations
  • Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth fulfillment
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Identify discrepancies and resolve operational or financial issues

CX (Customer Experience) Operations:

  • Omnichannel Support: Lead customer interactions across WhatsApp, email, and social media to ensure a minimum response time
  • Proactive CX: Track the Post-Purchase journey; inform customers of delays before they ask and manage NDR (Non-Delivery Report) follow-ups to reduce RTO
  • Feedback Loop: Analyze common customer pain points and coordinate with the team to improve product descriptions, sizing charts, or packaging
  • Loyalty & Retention: Manage customer reviews and implement basic retention strategies to encourage repeat purchases

Requirements:

  • Experience in Shopify operations (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of reconciliation & basic accounting
  • Good understanding of P&L statements
  • Experience with multi-location inventory management systems
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for complex inventory tracking
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills for customer interactions
  • Experience with customer service tools and social media management
