Location: Rajpath Rangoli Road, Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert custom UI/UX designs (Figma/XD) into responsive, fast-loading Shopify and WordPress front-ends
- Implement CRO best practices into front-end development (speed, layout, hierarchy, CTAs, etc.)
- Build reusable code, components, and templates that align with brand and UI standards
- Collaborate closely with in-house designers, growth team and marketing
- Integrate with apps, tools and APIs (Shopify, plugins, etc.)
- Fix front-end bugs, optimize for performance, mobile, SEO and accessibility
- Stay updated on front-end trends, CRO strategies and best practices
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in Shopify (Liquid) and WordPress (PHP + custom themes)
- Solid front-end skills in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, JavaScript, jQuery
- Ability to interpret custom UI designs and replicate exactly in the build
- Understanding of CRO, performance optimization, and modern web UX principles
- Proficient in responsive development for mobile-first web
- Familiarity with Shopify apps, Page Builders (e.g. Elementor, WPBakery), and theme customizations
- Basic knowledge of SEO, page speed optimization, and accessibility standards
- Strong attention to detail UI accuracy, typography, spacing, and flow
- Good understanding of version control (Git) and task management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Jira)
- Comfortable working in a collaborative team and managing multiple projects
