Core Responsibilities
Shopify Development (Primary Focus) :
- Build, update, and customize pages, templates, and sections on the Shopify site.
- Manage products, collections, menus, navigation, and store configurations.
- Implement front-end changes using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid.
- Improve site performance, mobile responsiveness, and conversion readiness.
- Manage Shopify apps, theme updates, and minor backend configurations.
- Work on SEO optimization of pages.
Zoho CRM & Analytics (Maintenance Only)
- Maintain and support our existing Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics setup.
- Ensure accurate lead flow, tracking, and dashboard reporting.
- Troubleshoot sync issues, duplicate data, or reporting inconsistencies.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to validate data and performance metrics.
Analytics & Tracking Support
- Manage GA4, Google Tag Manager, and custom event tracking.
- Support marketing campaigns with landing page builds and correct tracking setup.
- Monitor website performance (speed, stability, conversion) and recommend improvements.
Required Skills (Must-Have Immediately)
- Strong hands-on experience with Shopify development and customization
- Proficiency in Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Proficient in GitHub
- Proficient in SEO optimization
- Ability to troubleshoot theme and front-end issues
- Basic understanding of UX/UI and ability to work with Figma
- Experience with GA4, Search Console, and Google Tag Manager
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative, and collaborative environment
Nice To Have
- Experience managing Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics (maintenance, not setup)
Secondary Skills (Good For Future Expansion)
- WordPress or Webflow website development
- Basic PHP for WordPress customizations
- Experience with API integrations or custom workflows
