- Building out custom Shopify themes and modifying pre-existing themes depending on the scope of the project
- Ongoing website maintenance including functional changes to eCommerce storefront informed by evolving UX best practices
- Inspect and troubleshoot bugs and other QA issues
- Integrate 3rd party APIs, datasets, and applications into Shopify storefronts
- Collaborate with teammates to quickly deliver high-quality solutions
- Uphold and improve coding standards, and help prevent defects by participating in code reviews
- Participate in Guilds and other working groups to help guide us toward better practices, patterns, and tools
The Candidate should have exposure in the below mentioned Skills & Qualifications:-
- Expert knowledge of Shopify/Shopify Plus theme modification (liquid) and Shopify APIs, and App methodologies and limitations.
- Experience building high-volume Shopify Plus themes and integrations with Storefronts with over 1,000 SKUs and dynamic merchandising
- Must have proven work experience on version control and source code management like GIT, Bitbucket and staged deployments.
- Fluency in interpreting and working with third-party APIs or micro services to deliver content or sync product content
- Familiar with common tools, design patterns, practices for developing cloud-based applications, and building reusable components

- Able to work autonomously, and be willing to seek assistance when needed
- In-depth knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Javascript/Jquery
- Knowledge of MVC and OOPS concept
