Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore South. The Shop Floor Incharge will oversee daily operations on the shop floor, manage workflow, ensure the efficient use of resources, and maintain quality standards. Responsibilities include monitoring production processes, ensuring machinery is operating effectively, coordinating with team members, and implementing safety protocols. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting issues and ensuring adherence to production schedules and company policies.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
- Knowledge and experience in production processes and manufacturing operations, specifically in drafting components and CNC machinery
- Technical proficiency in troubleshooting equipment and supporting maintenance activities
- Attention to detail and a focus on ensuring high-quality output and adherence to safety protocols
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the textile or manufacturing industries is preferred
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering or related fields
