Job Title: Shoot Stylist / Visual Lead (Full-Time, In-Office)

About the Role

At Social Sherpa, shoots are planned, not improvised. We're looking for a full-time Shoot Stylist / Visual Lead who owns the visual execution of our content from lifestyle shoots to talking head videos.

This role is for someone who lives and breathes framing, composition, props, and visual flow, and is present in-office and on-set to ensure consistency across all shoots.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end visual styling for lifestyle shoots and talking head content

Decide framing, angles, shot composition, and visual hierarchy

Plan, source, and manage props (shopping, rentals, in-house inventory)

Style sets, spaces, and on-camera setups

Ensure talking head shoots are clean, balanced, and brand-aligned

Work closely with photographers, videographers, and creative teams daily

Make real-time visual decisions during shoots

Maintain consistency across brands and campaigns

Requirements

Proven experience in shoot styling, visual styling, or set design

Strong understanding of framing, composition, and aesthetics

Comfortable leading visual execution on set

Hands-on, practical, and detail-oriented

Able to work full-time from the office

Ahmedabad-based

Portfolio required

Good to Have

Experience with social media-first content

Knowledge of reels, interviews, and short-form video formats

Prop sourcing network
