Job Description

Sales Administration

  • Support the sales team with order processing, documentation, and coordination
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer data updates
  • Handle customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and documentation
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pricing details, and contracts
  • Coordinate internally with finance, operations, and planning teams

Logistics & Supply Chain Support

  • Coordinate shipment planning, dispatches, and delivery schedules
  • Prepare and manage logistics documents (invoices, packing lists, B/L, CO, etc.)
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, CHA and customs queries
  • Track shipments and update customers and internal teams on shipment status
  • Resolve delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies

General / Administrative

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Support audits and internal reporting requirements
  • Assist with process improvements in sales and logistics operations
