Sales Administration
- Support the sales team with order processing, documentation, and coordination
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer data updates
- Handle customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and documentation
- Maintain accurate sales records, pricing details, and contracts
- Coordinate internally with finance, operations, and planning teams
Logistics & Supply Chain Support
- Coordinate shipment planning, dispatches, and delivery schedules
- Prepare and manage logistics documents (invoices, packing lists, B/L, CO, etc.)
- Liaise with freight forwarders, CHA and customs queries
- Track shipments and update customers and internal teams on shipment status
- Resolve delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies
General / Administrative
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support audits and internal reporting requirements
- Assist with process improvements in sales and logistics operations
