Amadora is growing, and we're looking for Shift Managers who can run smooth shifts, lead store teams, and ensure great service—every single day.

This role is ideal for someone with QSR / food service experience who enjoys being on the floor, managing people, and keeping operations tight during busy service hours.

Role Overview

As a Shift Manager at Amadora, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations during your shift, leading the team, and ensuring service, quality, and hygiene standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end store operations during assigned shifts
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise store staff
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
  • Monitor product quality, portioning, and service standards
  • Coordinate with store managers on staffing, inventory, and handovers
  • Ensure accurate shift handover reports and basic documentation
What We're Looking For
  • 1–4 years of experience in QSR / food & beverage / retail operations
  • Prior experience as a shift lead, supervisor, or assistant manager preferred
  • Strong people management and communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Responsible, hands-on, and detail-oriented
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
