Shift Manager - Food & Beverage to join our team at
Good Flippin Burger. As a
Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in Andheri, Maharashtra, India, with a junior level of experience required (1 to 3 years).
Qualifications And Skills
- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Strong leadership and management skills

Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the food and beverage operations during assigned shifts
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Train and develop a team of food service staff
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate inventory and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Prepare shift reports and communicate key information to management
