Organize Training and development program for shift engineers
Inspection and maintain all activity of kiln and operation related performance in shift
Coordinates the work of Shift engineer for Kiln operation and provides corrective action or solutions when required in case of process deviations
Critical Tasks
KRA's and Key Activities
Execute parameters of kiln like Quick response temperature, normal response temperature, drop test, cooler discharge, etc. and reported to Area In-charge
Plan for daily activity of process control and maintenance with shift in-charge maintenance.
Follow up with shift In-charge RMHS for proper raw feeding with desired size
Review ESP operation with proper interlocks and follow up throughout the shift.
Reporting abnormalities to higher ups as appropriate
Decision making authority (Decisions expected)
responsible for overall co-ordination of kiln operation and RMP crew in a shift for smooth operation of reactor and associated facilities
Parameter to be rectified as per operation requirement throughout the shift
Educational Background And Work Experience
l BE in Metallurgical/Mechanical/Production engineering and 10 years experience
l Diploma in Metallurgical/Mechanical/Production engineering and 12 years experience
l Post-Graduation (Science) and 15 years experience
