Job Description

KRA	Accountabilities
Equipment Maintenance & Overhaul	. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, major overhauls, and repairs of engines, transmissions, hydraulic pumps, and other key components. . Ensure timely completion of maintenance jobs as per OEM standards.
Fault Diagnosis & Troubleshooting	. Identify, analyze, and rectify faults in hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems. . Minimize machine downtime through accurate fault detection and quick resolution.
Hydraulic & Vehicle System Management	. Conduct inspection, testing, and calibration of hydraulic circuits and vehicle systems. . Maintain system performance parameters and ensure safe, leak-free operations.
Quality & Safety Compliance	. Adhere to standard maintenance procedures, safety norms, and environmental regulations. . Maintain accurate service and inspection records for audits and reporting.
Team Support & Technical Guidance	. Support Maintenace team and operators in understanding system faults and preventive maintenance. . Cross functional Coordination for effective workflow and resource utilization.
Maintenance Execution	. Carry out and supervise routine and corrective maintenance activities on field equipment, Mis Prepration, Maintenance record,shift report.
Resource Management	. Utilize tools, manpower, and spares efficiently to meet targets. Knowladge of SAP,MS office.
