To perform scheduled maintenance and preventative repairs on all electrical systems, equipment,
and machinery.
- Supervise and manage all electrical maintenance and installation activities.
- Handle PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, and automation systems troubleshooting and programming.
- Strong Knowledge of PLC (Siemens, Mitsubishi), Drive (S120, G120), HMI (GOT2000, TP700)
- Knowledge of Mechanical Maintenance and able to handle Mechanical Breakdown with the help of
Electrician and Fitter.
- Ensure smooth operation of automated production lines and equipment.
- Lead preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
- Diagnose faults in electrical and automation systems and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with production, mechanical, and Safety teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations.
- Manage electrical documentation, drawings, and system updates.
- Lead and train a team of electricians and technicians.
- Ensuring maximum availability of equipment's and reduction of breakdown time
- To achieve defined objectives and ensure the continual improvement in the system.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards the interested parties at all
times.
- Maintaining management systems as per ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949, and Environment and Safety
standards 45001:2018 &14001:2015
