Role Description
The Production Manager will oversee and manage the manufacturing process to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. Core responsibilities include planning and coordinating daily production activities, maintaining production schedules, managing resources, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards. The role includes supervising production teams, addressing equipment or safety issues, and collaborating with other departments. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide production teams.
- In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality assurance, and safety protocols in a manufacturing setting.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills for coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to optimize production efficiency and minimize costs without compromising quality.
- Familiarity with manufacturing software and tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field; relevant certifications are advantageous.
- Prior experience in the tyre or automotive manufacturing sector is an added advantage.
