Job Description

Key Deliverables:

Perform thorough evaluation of credit requests, ensuring they meet company standards
Maintain high standards of quality in underwriting, disbursement, and collateral management
Ensure all loans are adequately documented and secured by proper collateral
Communicate credit decisions effectively to stakeholders and maintain compliance
Improve underwriting efficiencies while managing risk

Role Responsibilities:

Conduct loan account verification, KYC checks, and income/expense assessments
Ensure compliance with all branch requirements and checklists
Monitor loan cases for influence of middlemen, negative areas, and delinquency
Resolve branch compliance and audit observations
