Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for Shell Plan & Mockup Design Engineers located in Noida, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves creating and refining shell plans and mockups for formwork and scaffolding projects. Engineers will engage in design engineering, mechanical engineering, and computer-aided design (CAD). Daily tasks include collaborating with electrical engineering teams, ensuring product design meets company standards, and developing innovative design solutions that enhance construction efficiency and safety.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Design Engineering and Mechanical Engineering skills
- Experience in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Electrical Engineering
- Strong Product Design skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience in the construction formwork and scaffolding industry is a plus
