Job description:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, workflows, forms, and custom applications.
- Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power BI, Microsoft CRM, and other Microsoft tools.
- Build and maintain automated processes using Power Automate, PowerApps, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Develop and support dashboards, reports, and data connections using Power BI.
- Collaborate with department leads to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend improvements.
- Maintain system documentation, version control, and technical specifications.
- Communicate proactively with IT leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure system completeness, accuracy, and alignment with business processes.
Qualification and requirements:
- 35 years of prior experience in SharePoint development or Microsoft stack programming.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online, including SPFx, PowerApps, Power Automate, and customization frameworks.
- Hands-on experience integrating systems within the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., Business Central, Power BI, Microsoft CRM).
- Strong understanding and technical use of Microsoft Office 365 tools.
- ERP system exposure, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics systems.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and follow-up skills.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to propose efficient technical solutions.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders across the organization.
- Customer-focused orientation and ability to support end users.
Non-negotiable skills & requirements:
