About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SharePoint & Power Platform Developer to design, build, and optimize enterprisegrade business applications leveraging SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft 365 technologies. This role demands a strong technical foundation, advanced problemsolving skills, and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and highperformance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
SharePoint Online Development & Solution Engineering
- Architect and develop scalable SharePoint Online solutions through advanced customization, configuration, and integration techniques.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, administer, and maintain SharePoint-based applications and digital workplaces.
- Implement modern development patterns and best practices around Content Management, Governance, User Adoption, and Change Management.
- Develop custom features using SPFx, CSOM, JavaScript, TypeScript, REST APIs, .NET, and related M365 technologies.
- Customize SharePoint experiences including site templates, branding, UI enhancements, and modern components.
Power Platform Development
- Design and develop both Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps, ensuring seamless integration with SharePoint, Dataverse, and other enterprise data sources.
- Build and optimize complex Power Automate workflows to automate business processes across departments.
- Utilize standard web technologies including HTML, JavaScript, OAuth, and OData to extend Power Platform capabilities.
- Convert legacy applications, forms, and business workflows into modern Power Platformbased solutions.
Project Delivery & Consulting
- Lead Power Platform and SharePoint solution implementations through full lifecycle phases: Discovery, Requirement Definition, Architecture, Build, Test, Deployment, and Hypercare.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into secure, scalable technical designs.
- Identify automation opportunities and proactively recommend improved digital solutions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security, governance, and development standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions.
Strong expertise in:
- SharePoint Online architecture, lists, libraries, permissions, content types, workflows.
- Power Apps (Canvas & Modeldriven) and Power Automate.
- SPFx, SharePoint Designer, REST APIs, jQuery, JavaScript object model.
- Microsoft 365 integration: Teams, OneDrive, Outlook Add-ins, Office Suite.
- Experience in developing with SharePoint Client Object Model, REST endpoints, and modern web development frameworks.
- Solid understanding of SharePoint Online administration, governance, and collaboration features.
- Experience with productivity/collaboration tools: Visio, Jira, Confluence.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive and analytical approach.
Desired Skills & Nice-to-Haves
- Microsoft Certification in Power Platform, SharePoint, or Microsoft 365 Developer.
- Exposure to data modelling and analytics concepts (Dataverse, Power BI).
- Experience with enterprise integration patterns and security best practices.
