Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive SharePoint Online // Power Platform Administrator to manage, support, and enhance our Microsoft 365 collaboration environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft 365 services. This role plays a key part in driving digital workplace transformation and improving business productivity.
- Position 1.: SharePoint Online Administration
- Manage site collections, permissions, lists, libraries, and content types.
- Configure and maintain hub sites, communication sites, and team sites.
- Implement governance and compliance policies.
- Handle user support, training, and issue resolution.
- Position 2 : Power Platform Administrator
- Oversee Power Apps and Power Automate environments, solutions, and data policies.
- Monitor flows and apps for performance and usage.
- Support citizen developers and maintain platform standards.
- Ensure security roles, data loss prevention (DLP), and connectors are correctly configured.
- Governance & Security:
- Apply best practices for data governance, lifecycle management, and auditing.
- Monitor and remediate security vulnerabilities and compliance risks.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience administering SharePoint Online and the Power Platform.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Admin Center, PowerShell, and Azure Active Directory.
- Familiarity with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse is a plus.
- Familiarity with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JSON, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-200, PL-400) are advantageous.
