10 to 16 years experience in leading SharePoint on-premises and Office 365 SharePoint online Projects Custom Business Applications, SharePoint Migrations and development. SPFx development skills mandatory.
Need to be proficient in Migration Factory overall processes including migration scripts, migration enablements, and leading the migration resources.

Hands on experience in Sharegate migration tool, PowerShell script.
Must have solution atleast 1 migration project from SharePoint on-premises to SharePoint Online or SharePoint Online to SharePoint Online.
Strong understanding of SharePoint on-premises and SharePoint Online ecosystem
Hands on experience on Sharegate tool
Hands on experience in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) with React JS
Must have strong PowerShell skills
Must have worked in minimum 1 migration project
Must have worked on minimum 1 project with SPFx and React JS.
Must have worked on Power Apps, Power Automate.
