Key Responsibilities

• SharePoint Administration & Content Management

Manage SharePoint Online and On-Premises environments including site creation, configuration, and maintenance

Handle user access, permissions, workflows, and support requests

Maintain document libraries with proper metadata, version control, and governance standards

Ensure smooth functioning of SharePoint Framework and related components

• Website Analytics & Reporting

Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and engagement metrics using analytics tools

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and Adobe Analytics

Provide actionable insights to improve digital performance and user experience

• Web Development & UI Support

Support UI development and web design activities using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap

Ensure responsive and user-friendly design implementations

• Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements

Provide clear communication and support to stakeholders for analytics and SharePoint-related queries
