Key Responsibilities
Generative AI Engineering
Design and build custom GenAI services using Azure OpenAI AWS Bedrock etc
Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation RAG using enterprise data sources
Build and manage embedding pipelines for documents and structured data
Develop advanced prompt strategies function calling and tool orchestration
Implement hallucination control grounding and response validation
AI Governance Operations
Define AI evaluation metrics and testing strategies
Implement prompt versioning and model governance
Ensure compliance with Responsible AI and enterprise security standards
Create technical documentation and solution design artifacts
Required Skills Experience
10 years of software engineering experience Python C Nodejs
Hands on experience with Azure OpenAI Service
Strong understanding of
LLM behavior and limitations
Embeddings and similarity search
RAG architectures
Experience integrating APIs with Power Platform
Experience building Power Platform solutions PowerApps Copilot Studio Dataverse and Power Automate experience
Nice to have Experience LangChain Semantic Kernel LlamaIndex
