Brief Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled SharePoint Online Developer to join our Product Team responsible for building and evolving a modern SharePoint-based solution.

The role focuses on front-end development using SPFx, UI/UX customization, and leveraging Microsoft Graph and Search APIs for advanced integrations. The ideal candidate is proficient in English, understands modern development practices, and thrives in a collaborative product environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

SharePoint Online Development

Develop SPFx web parts, extensions, and custom UI components using React, TypeScript, and modern web technologies.

Implement responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces aligned with design guidelines.

Configure and customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and metadata for optimal user experience.

Microsoft Graph & Search

Build integrations using Microsoft Graph API for data access across Microsoft 365 services.

Implement advanced search experiences leveraging SharePoint Search and Microsoft Search APIs.

Optimize queries and indexing for performance and relevance.

PnP Libraries

Utilize PnPjs for client-side development and PnP PowerShell for provisioning and automation tasks.

Development Practices

Work within GitHub-based workflows, including branching strategies, pull requests, and release management.

Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features.

Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.

Required Qualifications

Good experience with SPFx, React, TypeScript, HTML/CSS.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Graph API and SharePoint Search.

Proficient in English (written and spoken).

Understanding of GitHub workflows, branching, and release strategies.

Ability to work effectively in a product team environment.

Good understanding of SharePoint architecture, including Hubs, Site Collections, Sites, Webs, Document Libraries, and Lists.

Knowledge requirements

Programming Languages: TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.

Frameworks & Libraries: React, SPFx, PnPjs.

Platforms & Tools: SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, GitHub.

APIs & Services: Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint REST API, Microsoft Search API.

Build & Packaging: Node.js, npm, Webpack.

Version Control & CI/CD: GitHub Actions, branching strategies, release management.
