About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SharePoint professional to modernize and optimize our SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365) environment for a global staffing organization. The role involves improving site structure, security, governance, search, and workflow automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit and redesign SharePoint Online architecture (Modern sites)
- Create structured document libraries using metadata and content types
- Implement role-based permissions and security groups
- Improve search and document discoverability
- Set up governance standards and best practices
- Build workflows using Power Automate
- Integrate SharePoint with Teams, Forms, and other M365 tools
- Provide user training and documentation
Required Skills
- Strong experience in SharePoint Online (Modern Experience)
- Expertise in document libraries, content types, metadata
- Deep understanding of SharePoint permissions and Azure AD groups
- Experience with Power Automate
- Good understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem
Preferred
- Microsoft certifications (M365 / SharePoint / Power Platform)
- Experience in global or multi-location organizations
