About The Role
We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint Online/SharePoint OnPremise solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform, workflows, automation, and integration with Microsoft 365 services.
Key Responsibilities
- SharePoint Development
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using SharePoint Online / SharePoint OnPrem.
- Build custom components using:
- SPFx (SharePoint Framework)
- React / TypeScript / JavaScript
- CSOM / REST API / Graph API
- Develop custom web parts, extensions, forms, and solutions.
- Customize SharePoint pages, site templates, content types, lists, libraries, views, permissions, etc.
- Power Platform
- Create Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI integrations.
- Automate business processes using workflows and connectors.
- Integration & Automation
- Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, Azure AD).
- Maintain and develop workflows (Nintex/Power Automate).
- API-based integrations with external systems.
- Administration & Support
- Support site creation, governance, permissions, and content management.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and provide technical support to users.
- Create documentation, UAT support, and deployment guides.
- Collaboration
- Work with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into SharePoint solutions.
- Assist in migration projects (OnPrem to SharePoint Online).

- SharePoint Online & SharePoint 2013/2016/2019
- SPFx (React / TypeScript / JavaScript)
- HTML, CSS, jQuery
- CSOM, JSOM, REST API
- Microsoft Graph API
- Power Apps & Power Automate
- Nintex (optional)
- Azure AD & Authentication
- Knowledge of site architecture, metadata, governance, and permissions
- Experience in SharePoint migration tools (ShareGate, Metalogix) is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft 365 Developer / SharePoint Developer certifications
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience with Microsoft Teams app development (optional)
