Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Low-Code Developer with a strong background in the Microsoft Power Platform to design and deliver scalable business applications. The candidate should also possess a solid understanding of clinical domain processes and data. This role requires strong analytical, design, and development skills to support the end-to-end application lifecycle.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Analyze, estimate, and define project tasks based on business requirements
- Perform design, coding, testing, implementation, and documentation of low-code solutions
- Develop both basic and detailed program specifications
- Ensure expected performance and reliability of developed applications
- Build applications using Power Apps, automate workflows with Power Automate, and transform data using Power Query
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex technical problems in a timely manner
- Proactively identify improvement opportunities and recommend technical solutions
- Engage with data owners, data stewards, and stakeholders to ensure data quality and compliance
- Document requirements, build data flows, and define acceptance criteria to guide testing efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology partners, vendors, and analytics teams
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Drive continuous process improvements through data-driven insights and best practices
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a software developer
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Query)
- Domain knowledge in Clinical/Healthcare sector
- Experience in Agile software development practices
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud-based development
- Familiarity with Web Services, REST, SOAP, XML
