About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Workflow Developer with hands-on experience in transitioning workflows and applications from Nintex to either KwizCom (for SharePoint On-Premises) or Microsoft Power Platform (for SharePoint Online). This role is critical to modernizing and optimizing our business process automation initiatives and ensuring seamless functionality across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or support the migration of workflows and forms from Nintex to:
- KwizCom Forms and Workflows for SharePoint On-Premises
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) for SharePoint Online
- Analyze existing Nintex workflows and applications, identify dependencies, and plan transition strategies.
- Design, build, and test scalable, maintainable, and efficient solutions using KwizCom or Power Platform.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, SharePoint admins, and developers to ensure smooth migration and functionality.
- Customize forms, automate business processes, and integrate with SharePoint lists and libraries.
- Ensure high availability and performance of migrated applications.
- Create documentation including technical specifications, migration plans, and user training material.
- Provide post-migration support and troubleshooting as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience working with SharePoint workflows and business process automation.
- Proven experience in at least one of the following:
- KwizCom Forms and Workflow development for SharePoint On-Prem.
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) development for SharePoint Online.
- Solid understanding of Nintex workflows, forms, and their architecture.
- Experience with SharePoint On-Prem and SharePoint Online environments.
- Proficient in building forms, configuring logic and rules, and automating processes.
- Knowledge of SharePoint lists, libraries, permissions, and content types.
- Ability to analyze and refactor legacy automation solutions.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform or SharePoint.
- Experience in migrating or re-engineering large-scale Nintex-based applications.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Dataverse, or custom connectors in Power Platform.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, JavaScript) is a plus.
