Role Summary We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Online Developer and Power Platform Expert with strong experience across SharePoint Server (On-Premises & Hybrid), SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and Microsoft Power Platform along with Project Server / Project Online skills. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, governing, and modernizing collaboration and business process solutions, while also contributing to Power Platform governance, Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives, and enterprise compliance standards. Experience with Project Server, Project Online, or Microsoft Planner will be considered an added advantage. Primary Solution Areas

Microsoft Project Server, Project Online Key Responsibilities SharePoint Development & Architecture

Design, develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint Online and On-Premises solutions, including SPFx-based customizations.

Architect and implement SharePoint Server & Hybrid services, including: o Search architecture o Disaster Recovery o Governance and operational best practices

Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of SharePoint environments

. Lead or contribute to SharePoint migrations (On-Prem Online / Hybrid). Power Platform Governance & CoE

Establish and maintain Power Platform governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.

Drive Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives to ensure: o Platform scalability o Security and compliance o Controlled app and flow lifecycle management

Collaborate with security and compliance teams to align solutions with Microsoft 365 governance policies. Automation & Scripting

Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for: o SharePoint Online o SharePoint On-Premises administration

Leverage Microsoft Graph APIs (nice to have) for automation and integration scenarios. Collaboration, Mentorship & Community

Proactively maintain a technical learning and development plan, aligned with organizational and managerial guidance. Share technical insights and best practices across internal teams, communities, and broader technical forums. Required Technical Skills SharePoint Strong hands-on experience with: Required Technical Skills SharePoint

Strong hands-on experience with: o SharePoint Server (2013, 2016, 2019, SE) o SharePoint Online & Hybrid architectures Proven expertise in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development.

Strong understanding of SharePoint governance, security, and administration. Power Platform

Experience driving Power Platform governance and CoE initiatives.

Foundational knowledge of: o Power Apps o Power Automate (Level 100 or above preferred) Infrastructure & Architecture

Minimum 7+ years of experience with: o Cloud,on-premises, and hybrid infrastructures o Architecture design and solution modernization o Industry standards and enterprise-scale deployments Nice to Have / Additional Skills

Microsoft Project Server / Project Online / Planner experience

Microsoft Graph API integrations Advanced PowerShell scripting

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance capabilities Certifications (Preferred)
