JD- SharePoint Designer / Front-End Developer (Personalized Modern Pages)

- Design & Build Modern SharePoint Pages
- Create a cohesive layout using modern pages, sections, and out-of-the-box web parts.
- Implement static content blocks (hero web part, navigation, rich text, quick links).
- Develop dynamic/personalized content areas based on user profile properties, Azure AD group membership, and audience targeting.
- Custom Web Parts / Extensions (SPFx)
- Build SPFx web parts using React/TypeScript to render personalized tiles, feeds, or dashboards.
- Integrate Microsoft Graph API to pull user-specific data.
- Data & Workflow Integration
- Connect to SharePoint lists/libraries; implement views/filters scoped to the user.
- Automate content flows with Power Automate (e.g., approvals, notifications).
- Optionally integrate Power Apps for interactive forms/components.
- Governance, Security & Compliance
- Ensure proper permissions, least-privilege access, and data loss prevention.
- Adhere to organizational branding, content governance, and versioning policies.
- Implement telemetry and privacy controls aligned with company standards.
- Performance & Accessibility
- Optimize page load (bundle size, lazy loading, image optimization).
- Ensure WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility (keyboard navigation, color contrast, alt text).
- Required Skills & Experience
- 36 years building solutions on SharePoint Online (Modern Experience).
- Hands-on with SPFx (React, TypeScript), PnP (PnPjs / PnP PowerShell), and Microsoft Graph.
- Front-end skills: HTML5, CSS3, React, UI components, responsive design, design systems.
- Familiarity with Power Automate and Power Apps integrations.
- Accessibility (WCAG), performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
Seeking a SharePoint Designer / Front-End Developer to build a modern SharePoint Online page that combines **static content** (e.g., corporate announcements, policies, navigation) with **dynamic content** personalized based on **who is signed in** (e.g., department-specific updates, recommended links, tasks, documents, and dashboards). The ideal candidate will blend excellent UI/UX skills with Microsoft 365 technical expertise to deliver a performant, accessible, and secure experience.
