Job Description:
- Site creation with best practice scripts
- Orphan Users ShareGate generates a report and we clean orphan users daily
- Daily Operations Reporting ShareGate exports to a document library connected to Power BI
- Workflow monitoring Addresses any Nintex or power automate workflow instance failures
SharePoint Online Administration and Development
- Design develop implement and maintain SharePoint Online sites site collections lists libraries content types and workflows
- Customize SharePoint Online components using modern frameworks like SharePoint Framework SPFx JavaScript and REST APIs
- Manage user permissions security groups and access control within SharePoint Online
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint Online related issues
- Ensure compliance with best practices for SharePoint Online development and security
Nintex Cloud Automation
- Analyse design and replatform existing Nintex workflows and forms from onpremises or Office 365 environments to Nintex Automation Cloud
- Utilize Nintexs Migration Assistance Program tools to streamline the upgrade process
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements for new or upgraded automation solutions
- Redevelop classic and responsive forms into new responsive forms within Nintex Automation Cloud
