Key Responsibilities

Lead the migration of SharePoint 2016 OnPrem to SharePoint Online

Utilize tools like ShareGate to facilitate efficient data migration

Optimize SharePoint Online for performance and usability

Manage and execute large data migrations with minimal downtime

Migrate Nintex and SharePoint Designer workflows to Power Automate

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless transition and integration

Provide training and support to endusers postmigration

Required Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of experience in SharePoint

Proven experience in migrating SharePoint onpremises solutions to SharePoint Online

Proficiency with ShareGate or similar migration tools

Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and optimization techniques

Demonstrated ability to handle large data migrations efficiently

Experience with Nintex and SharePoint Designer workflows and their migration to Power Automate

Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint and cloud technologies

Experience in leading migration projects

Familiarity with other Microsoft 365 services and integrations
