Job Description

Fusion Plus Solutions is seeking a proficient SharePoint Administrator to manage and support our Microsoft 365 SharePoint environments. You'll be instrumental in ensuring the functionality, data integrity, and optimal performance of our SharePoint instances, facilitating seamless collaboration and information management for our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and provide comprehensive support for Microsoft 365 SharePoint environments, including SharePoint Online and related services.
  • Ensure the continuous functionality, availability, and data integrity of all SharePoint sites and content.
  • Collaborate closely with various IT teams (e.g., security, network, infrastructure) and business stakeholders to align SharePoint solutions with organizational needs.
  • Develop, test, and implement system enhancements and configurations within SharePoint to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Provide user training and ongoing technical support, assisting with complex queries and troubleshooting issues.
  • Prepare regular system reports and comprehensive documentation related to SharePoint configurations, usage, and health.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a SharePoint Administrator.

Skills Required:

  • Strong hands-on experience in administering and supporting Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online.
  • Solid understanding of SharePoint architecture, site collections, permissions, and features.
  • Experience with SharePoint Online administration tools and PowerShell for management tasks.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint security best practices and data governance.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for SharePoint-related issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for interacting with users and IT teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SharePoint on-premises (2016, 2019) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of other Microsoft 365 services (e.g., Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform) and their integration with SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint migration strategies.
  • Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint or Microsoft 365.
