Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement SharePoint 2016 solutions, including sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and custom web parts.
- Customize SharePoint pages and dashboards using SharePoint Designer, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other client-side technologies.
- Develop custom workflows using SharePoint Designer and Nintex for automating business processes.
- Ensure seamless integration of SharePoint with third-party applications, Microsoft Office products, and other enterprise systems.
- Perform regular maintenance of SharePoint sites, including backups, updates, and security patches.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to SharePoint 2016 functionality, performance, and security.
- Implement SharePoint security protocols, managing user permissions and access rights effectively.
- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to understand requirements and deliver tailored SharePoint solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions, including design documents, user guides, and administration manuals.
- Monitor and optimize SharePoint performance, ensuring the platform runs smoothly and efficiently for end-users.
- Assist in the planning and migration of data from earlier SharePoint versions to SharePoint 2016 (if applicable).
- Participate in testing phases to ensure proper functionality of the solutions, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Provide ongoing technical support and training to end-users and SharePoint administrators.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience with SharePoint 2016 development and customization.
- Proficiency in SharePoint Designer, PowerShell, and Microsoft Visual Studio.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint features like lists, libraries, workflows, web parts, and permissions.
- Experience with client-side scripting technologies including JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and AJAX.
- Familiarity with SharePoint 2016's out-of-the-box features for document management, team collaboration, and business process automation.
- Understanding of SharePoint security model, user permissions, and role-based access control.
- Experience in developing and deploying custom workflows using SharePoint Designer and Nintex.
- Experience with SharePoint integration with Microsoft Office 365, PowerApps, and Flow (Microsoft Power Platform).
- Familiarity with SharePoint Server, SQL Server, IIS, and other related technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
