Job Description

  • Responsibilities : Solution Design : Collaborate with stakeholders, including marketing teams, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. Design data models, workflows, and automation processes to support marketing campaigns and initiatives. Development and Customization : Develop and customize SFMC solutions using the available tools, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and other SFMC modules. Create and configure email templates, landing pages, forms, and mobile push notifications. Data Integration : Integrate SFMC with other systems, such as CRM platforms, data warehouses, or external APIs, to ensure seamless data flow and synchronization.
  • Design and implement data imports, exports, and data transformations to support targeted marketing campaigns and personalization efforts.
  • Automation and Workflows : Build and manage automation processes within SFMC to streamline marketing operations and campaign execution.
  • Configure triggered emails, drip campaigns, customer journeys, and event-based communications using Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
  • Audience Segmentation and Personalization : Implement audience segmentation strategies within SFMC based on customer data and preferences.
  • Leverage data extensions, contact builder, and audience builder to create targeted segments for personalized marketing communications.
  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution : Identify and troubleshoot technical issues or errors within SFMC solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Salesforce administrators, developers, and marketing teams, to resolve issues and ensure smooth system operation.
