Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SFDC Revenue Cloud with CPQ Solution Architect to lead the architecture and design of Salesforce solutions across enterprise implementations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce architectures, ensuring optimal use of Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, and platform technologies.
This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to design, implement, and deliver robust Salesforce solutions that support quote-to-cash processes, revenue management, and enterprise CRM capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
- Provide overall architecture and design guidance for Salesforce implementations across enterprise projects.
- Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate design decisions and support requirement analysis.
- Map business requirements to Salesforce platform capabilities, identifying when custom development is required.
- Design scalable and secure Salesforce Revenue Cloud and CPQ architectures.
Business & Technical Collaboration
- Lead or participate in requirements gathering, functional scoping, and project sizing activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine optimal Salesforce implementation strategies.
- Facilitate technical discussions, resolve roadblocks, and guide development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Data Architecture & Platform Optimization
- Architect and implement a robust Salesforce data model aligned with project requirements and best practices.
- Ensure data integrity, scalability, and performance optimization across Salesforce environments.
- Support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems such as ERP, billing, and finance platforms.
Project Delivery & Governance
- Contribute to the successful delivery of enterprise Salesforce implementations by ensuring solution quality and alignment with architectural standards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and implementation teams.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governance frameworks.
Mandatory Skills
- Salesforce Architecture Track Certifications (required)
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud and CPQ
- Proficiency with Salesforce technologies: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, LWC, and Force.com
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce data model across multiple clouds/products
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions
Preferred Skills
- Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes
- Experience with Salesforce integrations with ERP and finance systems
- Expertise in data architecture and large-scale Salesforce data modeling
- Excellent stakeholder management and technical leadership skills
