SFDC Business Systems Analyst

Job Description

MUST HAVES:

• 4+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience within Salesforce
• Experience with CI/CD development processes based in GitHub
• Has experience setting up permission sets
• Configuration experience in Salesforce
• Experience creating Flows in Salesforce

PLUSSES:

• Scratch Orgs within Salesforce
• Experience working on multiple different workstreams at once
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience integrating with other salesforce tools

DAY-TO-DAY

This resource will be working to deliver capabilities to salesforce members for applications. They will need to be capable of working between the technical and business sides of the organization performing administrative tasks and supporting the current workstream.The team works in two week sprints and

responsibilities include:

• Gathering Requirements
• Setting up permission sets
• Configuration
• Solution Design
• Documentation Development
• Testing & implementation
• User Training & Support
• Salesforce integration with other systems
• Report and dashboard development
• Workflow automation
