Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for SFDC implementations.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure successful implementation of Salesforce solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation related to business processes, system configurations, and user manuals.
- Provide training and support to end-users on SFDC functionalities and best practices.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with business processes.
- Assist in the development and execution of test cases and user acceptance testing.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-6 years of experience in Business Analysis or related field.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com (SFDC) features and functionalities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, particularly Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and project management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
