Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced SFCC Test Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) testing and proven experience in QA team leadership. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in manual testing, storefront validation, and SFCC configurations, along with the ability to manage QA teams and work closely with global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage QA activities for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC / Demandware) projects.
- Perform manual testing and ensure high-quality delivery across storefront and backend configurations.
- Manage QA teams for multi-country SFCC rollouts and coordinate testing activities across regions.
- Work closely with client stakeholders (US/UK) and internal teams to ensure alignment on quality deliverables.
- Provide weekly QA status reports to project stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Identify risks within the QA process and proactively communicate mitigation strategies.
- Track team deliverables, escalate issues when required, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Work with Business Manager configurations including promotions, site settings, and storefront features.
- Collaborate with development, design, and testing teams to identify defects and ensure smooth releases.
- Mentor and guide QA team members, promoting best practices in testing.
- Contribute both as a QA Lead (50%) and Individual Contributor (50%).
- Support adoption of automation tools where applicable.
Required Skills

Experience Requirements
- 89 years of experience in Manual Testing and Software QA
- 45 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud / Demandware testing
- 23 years of experience leading QA teams and managing stakeholders
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
