SFCC Back end developer

We are urgently looking for aSenior Backend Developerwith deep expertise inSalesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in backend development usingSFCC (formerly Demandware), as well as Java microservices and related technologies.

This is a hybrid role requiring the candidate to work from our Gurgaon officeat least 34 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend functionalities for e-commerce platforms built onSalesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
• Work withSFRA, Pipelines, Controllers, ISML templates, andOCAPIto build scalable and secure backend solutions
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party systems
• Collaborate with front-end, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and contribute to technical documentation
• Lead and mentor junior developers as needed
• Troubleshoot performance issues and implement optimizations

Desirable:

• HTML5, JavaScript, Node.js, AJAX
• Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience inbackend development, including 3+ years specifically onSFCC
• Experience working in a fast-paced agile environment
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
• Able to joinimmediately or within a short notice period
• Willing to work34 days a week from our Gurgaon office
