We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Architect to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and implementing robust Salesforce solutions. As a Salesforce Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our Salesforce strategy and leading the technical implementation of projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
• Lead architecture discussions and define system design and integration patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Review and optimize existing Salesforce implementations for performance and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
• Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates and new features, providing recommendations for enhancements.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 13-15 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Proficient in integration techniques and tools, such as REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Experience with Salesforce best practices, security, and governance.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and methodologies in Salesforce development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
