We are seeking an experienced SF Architect to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce architecture and development, with a proven track record of designing scalable and efficient solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable and secure Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements.
- Lead architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce features and tools to improve performance and efficiency.
- Ensure best practices are followed in Salesforce development and deployment processes.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to development teams.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Salesforce applications to ensure optimal performance.
Skills and Qualifications
- 16-20 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and tools.
- Proficiency in data modeling and management within Salesforce.
- Understanding of security and sharing model in Salesforce.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Salesforce certifications such as Architect, Developer, or Admin are highly desirable.
