Roles and Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Build and execute a comprehensive sales strategy forBusiness Servicesin alignment with company objectives.
- Identify and segment target markets, industries, and client opportunities to maximize revenue potential.
- Define sales targets, KPIs, and scorecards to measure performance and forecast growth.
New Business Development
- Conduct market research via industry networks, events, competitors, and trends to uncover growth opportunities.
- Generate and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach and strategic networking.
- Lead deal negotiations, contract structuring, and commercial discussions with prospects.
- Act as the external face of the organization, promoting Powerweave's services and value propositions.
Client Retention & Expansion
- Develop strong, trust-based relationships with new and existing clients.
- Present tailored service solutions based on client needs, business processes, and operational goals.
- Drive repeat business, upsell services, and expand engagement scope with key accounts.
- Participate in client business reviews, executive touchpoints, and strategic planning discussions.
Collaboration & Sales Planning
- Partner with marketing and internal stakeholders to shape go-to-market messaging, campaigns, and lead-generation strategies.
- Work closely with delivery, operations, and subject matter experts to craft service proposals that reflect client priorities and commitments.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, funnel updates, and strategic insights to leadership.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor sales performance, provide periodic reports, and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Use data-driven insights to identify areas for process improvement, enable better conversions, and build sustainable pipeline health.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Quality pipeline development and strong conversion ratios
- New client acquisition and customer retention metrics
- Average deal size and sales cycle duration
- Client feedback on engagement experience and service delivery alignment
Preferred:
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
- Experience collaborating with service delivery teams to co-create proposals and SOWs.
- Understanding of client service operations such as customer support, accounting functions, or transaction management.
- Travel Requirements
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and sales engagements as needed
Mandatory Skills
Min 8+ YearsB2B Services/BPO Sales Proven experience selling people-driven services (Managed Services, Back-office, Outsourcing).
Min 5+ Years North American Market, Direct experience selling to Global clients.
Must have managed the full sales cycle for US clients from India (Offshore/Onshore model).
Understands US legalities and business culture.
Min 3+ YearsCRM Mastery (Salesforce) with strong forecasting and reporting discipline.
New business development expertise, including pipeline building, lead generation, and deal closure.
Enterprise deal negotiation skills, including commercial discussions, contracts, and SOWs.
Education:- Master's degree.
Looking for candidates with hands-on experience in direct sales. Please avoid profiles with a primary background in inside sales.
