Role Description
We are looking for a Tech-Sales Executive who can bridge the gap between technology and business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales by understanding client needs and effectively pitching our digital and tech-driven solutions. This role requires a mix of sales expertise and technical understanding of digital services such as websites, marketing tools, and online growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients across Surat
- Conduct field sales with a strong focus on tech-based solutions
- Schedule and lead meetings with business owners and decision-makers
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital/technical solutions (websites, marketing, automation, etc.)
- Present and explain technical offerings in a simple, business-friendly manner
- Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain a structured pipeline of prospects and follow-ups
- Coordinate with the internal tech and marketing team for smooth client onboarding
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to sell technology-driven services confidently
- Basic to intermediate understanding of:
- Websites & web development
- Digital marketing
- Online business growth tools
- Confidence in face-to-face sales and negotiation
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage field visits
- Prior experience in sales in tech field (1+ years preferred)
Compensation
- Stipend: ₹10,000 per month + Incentives
- Incentives: Commission-based (uncapped earning potential based on closures)
Working Details
- Location: Surat (Field + Remote coordination with Jodhpur office)
- Work Type: Full-time
- Reporting: Daily online reporting to the Pixalytix team (Jodhpur office)
