Development & Implementation:
- Build and configure ServiceNow Virtual Agent bots for various IT service processes.
- Develop and maintain scripts, workflows, and integrations in ServiceNow.
- Ensure solutions meet functional requirements and quality standards.
Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with IT and information security teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Virtual Agent deployments.
- Provide knowledge transfer and documentation for developed solutions.
Innovation & Optimization:
- Recommend improvements to existing ServiceNow processes and workflows.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to enhance IT operations.
