Client Scripts
Server Scripts
Flow Designer
End-to-end experience in ITIL framework setup and delivery in consultation with the process of update sets deployment
Experience in coding:
HTML5
Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
JavaScript
Creating email notifications and scheduled jobs in ServiceNow
Effectively working with stakeholders both internally and externally to the organization
Applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues
