Role: Technical content developer (ServiceNow)

Roles and Responsibilities:
●Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
●Customize and configure ServiceNow modules including Incident Management, Change Management, and Service CatLog.
●You will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs, focusing on the ServiceNow platform
●Your role will involve creating engaging training materials, conducting interactive training sessions, and providing ongoing support to ensure success.
●Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using APIs, web services, and scripting.
●Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements as needed.
●Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow platform functionality.
●Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other team members.
●Stay updated with ServiceNow best practices, new features, and industry trends.
●Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards in ServiceNow implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Delivery
· Deliver engaging and structured training sessions on ServiceNow concepts
· Train students, fresh graduates, and professionals across different batches
· Simplify complex topics into easy-to-understand concepts with real-world examples
· Ensure high learner engagement and participation
Content Development (SME Role):
· Design and develop curriculum, training materials, assignments, and case studies
· Create industry-relevant use cases, scenarios, and project-based learning modules
· Continuously update content based on ServiceNow ecosystem changes
Mentor learners throughout the program lifecycle
· Provide career guidance, interview preparation, and resume support
· Track learner progress and provide actionable feedback Batch Management
· Manage end-to-end batch delivery including schedules, assessments, and progress tracking - Act as the primary point of contact for learners within assigned batches
Evaluation & Assessment
- Conduct assessments, mock interviews, and knowledge checks
- Evaluate learner performance and ensure readiness for industry roles
Skills:
• Extensive knowledge of JavaScript
• Familiarity with UI, SQL, HTML and CSS
• Knowledge of XML and structural programming concepts
• Experience using the ServiceNow platform
• Knowledge of ITIL processes
• Advanced problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Organization and time management skills
