ServiceNow testing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for ServiceNow applications including Custom apps, UI Builder, GRC, and integrations.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Create, execute, and maintain automated tests using the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Analyze test results, track defects, and substantiate application quality.
• Utilize scripting and web technologies relevant to ServiceNow, including JavaScript, Glide scripting, and REST APIs.
• Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC best practices.
• Communicate and consult effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure quality standards.
