Servicenow Tester

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform ServiceNow testing using both manual and automated approaches.
• Execute test cases and validate functionalities for ServiceNow modules such as ITSM and HRSD.
• Utilize Automated Test Framework (ATF) for automated testing and test script maintenance.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure defects are logged, tracked, and resolved.
• Apply programming knowledge in languages like C and Java to enhance testing processes.
• Follow QA best practices and maintain accurate testing documentation.
