Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Test Analyst to join the SuccessFactors project team. The candidate will ensure the quality of software applications and systems, working closely with test managers, developers, business analysts, and project managers throughout the software development lifecycle. This is a CTH opportunity for 5 days a week, with flexible ways of working to deliver the best outcomes for our people and clients.

- Explore scope for automation and implement an automate-first approach
- Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documentation to identify testing needs
- Develop comprehensive test cases based on requirements
- Design and execute functional, regression, and integration testing
- Execute test cases, record results, and document defects accurately
- Perform root cause analysis for identified defects and work with development teams for resolution
- Contribute to development and maintenance of automated test scripts and frameworks where applicable
- Execute automated test suites and analyze results
- Make decisions on highly complex and ambiguous issues and provide directions to teams
- Work independently on unique and highly complex assignments
- Serve as a strategic advisor and provide technical guidance to others
- Collaborate with management to contribute to innovations and strategic assignments
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience of 3+ years in Quality Assurance and testing, focusing on SAP applications
- Demonstrable experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning Management System, Compensation, Succession & Development
- Solid understanding of HR business processes supported by SAP SuccessFactors
- Proficiency in executing tests, identifying defects, and managing them through to resolution using Azure DevOps
