Job Description

Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Lead

Location: Gurugram (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Required: 6–9 Years

Job Summary

Quadrafort is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities along with leadership experience in managing teams and delivering scalable solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow development and implementation projects
  • Design and architect scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teams
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and governance
  • Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize platform performance
  • Manage integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Oversee deployment activities, release management, and CI/CD processes
  • Maintain technical documentation and ensure knowledge sharing across teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6–9 years of IT experience with strong hands-on ServiceNow expertise
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM
  • Strong experience in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies)
  • Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Catalog
  • Experience in REST/SOAP integrations and API development
  • Good understanding of CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping concepts
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow data model
  • Experience with version control tools (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills

Preferred Skills

  • ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CAD, or CIS modules preferred)
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is an advantage
  • Experience working in enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations
