ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your technical expertise to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions to our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide solutions that will enhance their operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer requirements and translate them into actionable ServiceNow technical solutions
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, ensuring they align with business needs
- Provide technical guidance on ITSM processes and best practices to clients and internal teams
- Assist in the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise applications and services
- Collaborate with developers and functional consultants to ensure a seamless implementation of solutions
- Perform system administration tasks and manage application performance tuning
- Stay informed about new ServiceNow features and industry trends to recommend improvements
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow consultant or technical role
- Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog
- Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow workflows and business rules
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting and implementation of UI changes and Scripted REST APIs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and technical teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certifications in ITSM or related fields
- Prior experience working in Agile project environments
- Knowledge of integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and JDBC
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and processes
